Delivery & Returns


The prices shown are for Mainland UK only. If you would like to have the item sent outside this area, please contact us us for a price before placing your order. Where possible we aim to dispatch items within one working day of the order being received (excluding weekends & Bank holidays) however, there may be a delay during busier periods. For small packets we use Royal Mail 1st Class and for larger parcels we use our courier service.

Return & Refund Policy 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Please email us (quoting your order number) before you return an item to us letting us know the situation.

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the item has arrived with you damaged we will refund the return postage costs once the item has been returned to us.
